Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days free on whichever plan you pick, and you can change plan at any point.
What counts as a location?
Every store and every workshop you add to Repairity. A shop with a workshop out the back is one location; a separate workshop is another.
How do users work?
Each location comes with users (5 on Essential, 8 on Growth, unlimited on Scale). They're pooled, so three Growth locations give you 24 users, whichever location each person works at. Anyone beyond that is £8 +VAT a month.
Is there a limit on repairs?
No. Every plan includes unlimited repairs and customers.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Pay monthly with no contract, or pay for the year up front and save 20%.
What happens when I add a location, a person or a computer?
Your bill updates on its own, charged by the day for the rest of the month, and removing one takes it off the same way. Repairity Check stations work like this too.
Does the iPhone app cost extra?
No, it's included on every plan. Shopfront mode, for booking in and handing back at the counter, works on all of them. Warehouse mode, for technicians at the bench, needs Growth.
Does Repairity Print cost extra?
Repairity Print is on every plan, and each location includes computers to run it (1 on Essential, 2 on Growth and unlimited on Scale). They're pooled across your locations, the same as users. After that each computer is £5 +VAT a month, and it can print to all the printers plugged into it.
Does Repairity Check cost extra?
Growth and Scale include 1 Repairity Check station, and each one after that is £25 +VAT a month. On Essential, every station is £25 +VAT a month. Test as many devices on a station as you like.
Do integrations cost extra?
Texts work on every plan. Shipping, accounting and device checks need Growth, and marketplaces need Scale. We don't charge per message, label or check. The provider you connect (Twilio, Sendcloud, CheckMEND and so on) bills you for those on your own account.
Is inventory on every plan?
The shop map is. You can lay out your shelves and benches, see where each device is and walk round doing a stock-take. Parts inventory, purchase orders, supplier returns and stock accounting in Xero or QuickBooks need Scale.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing you've set up stops working. Your booking-in flows, repair steps, labels, integrations, roles and parts stock carry on as they are, but you can't change them or add new ones until you move back up.
