Repairity

For repair shops: run a tidy shop.

Book devices in at the counter, fix them in your workshop and hand them back without paper tickets or "is it ready yet?" phone calls. Each customer gets a tracking page of their own, plus an email or text at the steps that matter.

A day in your shop

the same counter, with far fewer interruptions.

Say there's one of you on the counter and one in the workshop out the back. This is how an ordinary day goes when each repair already knows what comes next.

  1. 01 09:05

    A cracked screen comes in

Your booking-in questions take you through the device, the fault, the passcode and the condition it's in. Take a few photos, get a signature, then print the label and job sheet.

  2. 02 10:30

    Fixed out the back

Your technician opens the repair, presses the next-step button and gets on with the job. If they press the wrong one, Undo puts it back and the customer never hears about it.

  3. 03 12:15

A quote, without the phone call

Add the screen and the labour, then send the quote. The customer approves it on their tracking page and the repair moves on without you touching it.

  4. 04 15:40

    Ready to collect

Mark it ready for collection and the customer gets an email or text to say so, which saves ringing round at the end of the day.

  5. 05 17:30

Close up knowing where everything is

The Today screen shows what's been booked in, what's waiting on the customer and what's running late. Late ones are ringed in orange, so they're first in the queue tomorrow.

  6. End of the day

nothing on paper, and nothing forgotten.

Notes, photos and messages all sit on the repair, ready for whoever opens up tomorrow.

At the counter

book in properly, in under a minute.

Ask the questions you'd ask anyway, in your order, with follow-ups only where they matter. Nothing gets missed, and the customer walks out with a repair number and a tracking link in their inbox.

  • Customer signature on the screen

For your customers

customers check for themselves.

Each repair has its own page showing where it's up to. Customers approve quotes and message you from it, so the phone rings less and the conversation stays with the repair.

  • A private tracking page for every repair
  • Quotes approved or declined online
  • Messages land on the repair
  • Emails or texts at the steps you choose

Online booking

take bookings while you're closed.

Put your booking link on your website or Google listing. Customers book themselves in and say what's wrong, and the repair is waiting on your list when they drop it off. On Growth and above they can post it in instead.

  • Your own booking page
  • Customers say what's wrong before they arrive
  • Bookings arrive with your questions answered

good to know.

If you're still weighing it up, try everything free for 14 days. You don't need a card.

I fix everything in the shop. Do I need the send-in features?

No. Repairs booked in and fixed at the same store follow the in-store path: received, diagnosed, repaired, quality checked and ready for collection. You only see send-in steps if you use them.

Can customers sign at the counter?

Yes. Add a signature question to your booking-in and customers sign on the screen, on the web or on the iPhone app.

Can I print job sheets?

Yes. Every repair has a printable job sheet with your business details and booking terms, and Repairity Print sends repair labels straight to your label printer.

It's me and one technician. Are there enough users?

Essential includes 5 users for your shop, so the counter and the workshop are both covered. Anyone extra is £8.00 +VAT a month.
