Using Repairity
Repairity is repair management software for repair businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business, and you're responsible for what your team does in it.
Repair customers
If you're booking or tracking a repair, your repair is with the shop, not with Repairity. The shop's own terms and conditions apply to the work, prices and returns.
Trials, plans and payment
New accounts start with a free trial. After that, your plan is billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, until you cancel. If payment fails, you can still view your repairs but can't book new ones until it's sorted.
Your data
The repairs, customers and files in your account belong to you. We look after them as described in our privacy notice, and you're responsible for having a lawful reason to store your customers' details.
Fair use
Don't use Repairity for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. We'll tell you before making important changes to these terms.
